Section 14
Agreement to be made
: (1) The licensee shall enter into an agreement with the direct seller or distributor before engaging in the direct sale or distribution of goods.
(2) When entering into an agreement in accordance with sub-section (1), the direct seller or distributor shall clearly disclose the services, facilities, commissions or bonuses to be received from the licensee for the distribution or sale of goods.
